1. File type not supported - Check whether you have uploaded the correct file format.

2. Large files take longer time to get uploaded (>5 MB) - Wait for some time. If the problem persists you can mail us the file and we will upload it. 


3. Your Internet is down - The last reason could be that your internet connection is down. In that case try again when the internet connection resumes.
