If you are facing issues with uploading a file then there are chances that the columns in your files do not match with our standard supported column structure. You may face this issue especially in Karvy. We've had several instances of users unable to get proper column structure in first go. In case of Karvy, there is a settings icon you need to click on top right before confirming the file. This settings icon allows you to select the columns.
